Everyone speaks English... specially in Egypt Mandy... you say "bye" , "hello" you eat at KFC, you wear Jeans, you say "ice cream" and English is infiltrated in each language, eastern or western alike... so I don't think the language will be a problem.
Besides, there are online translating programs ;)

What's this about? You keep mentioning east and west... The Earth is ours... I can talk to you, to a chinese, an american, an australian, an iraki, an zulu, a hutu a tutsi... a maori... this is what this site is all about... meeting new people and getting to know new places... and interests. What's the point if you just talk to people from your area...?You won't learn something new...

Well English is an international language, and my topic is in English, therefore it is only proper for people to reply in English so that everyone else understands.

And about my conversation with Mandy... well some people mix up so many languages in one sentence it ends up sounding like Chinese.(no offense to Chinese)...

It's a personality issue that some may have... or some sort of complex of inferiority that they may have that makes them act of the sort. It's not bad to know many languages, what's bad is to pretend to be something or someone we are not.
