Description

• Off Kilter is an awesome band that regularly plays at the Canadian Pavilion in EPCOT in Walt Disney World. Members consist of Randy Holbrook (guitar), Tony Escapa III (keyboards), Jamie Holton (bagpipes, vocals, whistle), Scott Zymowski (drums), and Mark Weldon (bass).
