We call it the Photo Verification Feature. The photo verification feature is a tool we use to check if the photos you have on your profile are yours. It is created in response to reports of fakers on Zorpia; it is not a tool of advertisement. The photo is not for internal records, instead it will be shown publicly right beside your profile photo. It is not compulsory. You don't have to use it if you don't feel comfortable about it.
- The photo has to show your face clearly, because that's how we know you are the person you claim you are.
- It has to contain your username so we can match the username with your profile.
- It has to contain the word zorpia, so you cannot steal pictures AND username from a profile of another site.
- Some of your fingers should cover some of the letters in the word 'Zorpia' in the sign, this action helps us to determine if the letters in a user's sign are written on the sign or are digitally added.
As soon as your submitted verification photo has been approved, a green check icon will appear beside your account name.
