My Dear Friends & Fellow Zorpians,

It is with a truly sad and heavy heart that I must inform you that I will NOT be on this page in the future.  I felt forced to give Zorpia an ultimatum and they have chosen to ignore it!

When I fist joined Zorpia, things were as well as could be expected.  Sure there were small intermittent problems but what site doesn't have them?  Then I made the biggest mistake - I switched over to the 'new' (?) version of Zorpia (Z2) and everything went to Hell!  I can understand "Bugs" in new software - even Bill Gates has had his share as well, but this was simply ridiculous!

It seems like nearly every time I logged on a new and different "Bug" would rear it's ugly head.  For a while I could not open messages nor respond to them.  "Friends" requests approval worked intermittently - or not at all. 

Testimonials got shoved into a column 110 pixels wide (still are) and I was unable to reply to responses nor even get past the first page in my Guestbook.  Linked or embedded images - irregardless of original size - were reduced down to thumbnails!  Even Zorpia's own Slideshows were cut in half with only the left half displaying on the page because Zorpia is attempting to eliminate ALL horizontal scroll bars and limit ALL pages to a 900 pixel width!.  I uploaded a 1280 background image only to have Zorpia reduce it to 800 and TILE IT as well!  Who needs that?  We still have only a ;scroll' option to select from - there is no 'Center Image' option.

For the last ten (10) weeks I have not had a video player on my Homepage.  Yes, they got it working once ...... FOR TWO WHOLE DAYS ..... and then it went to Hell again!  Even tonight, there is nothing there but a blank white box where my video player should be!

I'm sorry my friends, but I find this type of irresponsible behavior totally UNACCEPTABLE on a Community web site. 

In the last three months I have sent Zorpia Support no less than three dozen e-mails and only about two thirds ever generated a response.  Today I received a message from Zorpia's Customer Service )their new name for Support) instructing me NOT to send them any more e-mails!  They told me that my 'problems' have been forwarded to the Tech Team.  Big deal!  It;'s their Tech Team that caused all these problems to begin with, how in the world are they expected to correct them?  After ten (10) weeks of not having a video player in my Profile, I doubt very much if their Tech Team could find their own BUTTS using both hands and a flashlight !!!!!! 

Therefore, and it hurts me to announce this, but I am putting my Homepage to "SLEEP" until such a time as I once again have a video player and the other problems are fixed or resolved.  It hurts me terribly to do this, but I feel Zorpia had left me little choice!
